Pokémon GO players have a new challenge to look forward to as developer Niantic has officially unveiled its Legendary Raid schedule for July 2026. The month-long event will feature several fan-favorite Legendary Pokémon returning to five-star raids, giving Trainers another chance to expand their collections.
According to the announcement, the July rotation will introduce different Legendary Pokémon throughout the month, with each appearing for a limited period before making way for the next featured Raid Boss. Players can also expect dedicated Raid Hours, offering increased opportunities to battle and catch these powerful Pokémon.
In addition to the Legendary Raid lineup, Pokémon GO will continue hosting weekly in-game events, Spotlight Hours, Community activities, and special bonuses throughout July. These events are expected to include increased Pokémon spawns, bonus XP, Stardust rewards, and exclusive encounter opportunities.
Trainers are encouraged to participate in Remote and in-person Raids with friends to maximize their chances of defeating the featured Legendary Pokémon and catching high-IV or Shiny variants where available.
